How do you communicate political openness? This project addressed a topic that has long stayed a private matter. Social media platforms and their algorithms are remarkably good at mirroring our existing views back to us — a design choice that keeps us engaged, but quietly erodes political openness. To think clearly about political issues, we need to encounter different perspectives, not just headlines. This campaign set out to expose the danger of relying on your smartphone as your only source of political information.
